Buffet debuts new "Divine" model clarinet at Frankfurt Messe

Not much information is available about this clarinet right now other than that it is the new top of the line model for Buffet-Crampon. I'll get information to you as soon as I get it! Below are some pics and the YouTube video:

    1. It says it's based on the RC bore where the Tosca is an R-13 bore. I have been playing on RC for several years now and love my new Pyne Mouthpiece and my new secret barrel manufacturer. I am interested in a Bb/A pair of Devine Clarinets. Going to wait for more reviews. Hi DTclarinet! Randy here in VA!

  2. You can hear Paul Meyer playing the Bb and A Devine prototypes on his latest Cd: 'Louis Spohr-The Forgotten Master', with the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne, using a 5RV mouthpiece. It is a smooth performance of all four Spohr Concertos for a clarinet that isn't a Wurlitzer.

  3. The price is verry high. Can this clarinet compete with an Wurlitzer or a Leitner und Kraus? It's in the same price range. We have to compare this instrument with the handmade German Reformbohm clarinets. Personaly I think Buffet Crampon out played itself like they did with de Elite clarinet.
